Located in the Griffintown district, this new 7-storey building consists of 84 residential units from floor 2 to floor 7, a ground floor entrance hall, shops, a gym and a basement for parking, storage and commercial areas. The project also includes the construction of a garden with swimming pool, landscaping and a terrace as well as a central walkway.
