Groupe Module Construction Inc. was mandated to manage the construction of a new concrete building of 81 residential units on 9 floors in the heart of Griffintown (Southwest District).The professionals who prepared the plans and specifications of this project are Atelier Chaloub + Beaulieu Architects, Sylvain Parr & Associates (structural), Beaudoin Hurens (mechanical and electrical) and Relief Design (landscaping).
