The Complete development in 2 phases of a district located in Vaudreuil-Dorion with the construction of 134 townhouses in blocks of 6 and 8 units. The project includes a swimming pool, a dedicated building for the common areas and a playground. The units were delivered as they were completed. Groupe Module acted as manager on this 3-year project and coordinated the civil, road and construction aspects.
