Promenades des Continents – Bâtiments C, F, H (Phase II)

Located in St-Jérôme, the construction project was to build commercial buildings to accommodate several businesses, including a Starbucks and a Âllo mon Coco. Each building ranges between a total of 10,000 and 12,000 ft2. The project’s challenges were civil works, water retention and the preparation of hydroelectric services to serve the entire site. The project required the installation of a water retention basin to slow down the flow of water in the City of St-Jérôme, which is currently reviewing its underground system.
