YEAR
The St-Ambroise project involves the construction of 112 social housing units in two concrete-structured buildings. Building A, comprising 55 units, will rise over 6 floors covering a surface area of 12,000 square feet. Building B will comprise 57 units over 6 floors, covering an area of 9,900 square feet, with a first floor specially designed to house a day-care center (CPE). These two structures will share a 23,200 sq. ft. basement. Delivery of the project is scheduled for summer 2024.
