Located in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal district, on Saint-Laurent Street, this 24-unit rental apartment building is composed of an entirely concrete structure, spread over 4 floors with mezzanine and terraces and a basement. The ground floor is a fully commercial space with an elevator. The facade of the building, made of St-Marc stone, gives charisma and an undeniable character. The complexity of this project was to excavate in the rock around the historic buildings with a stone foundation and to work in under pinning with a meticulous technique.
