The three (3) projects Contrecoeur Coopérative de Solidarité Fusion Verte represent the complete new construction of four (4) new buildings of rental apartments located in Pointe-aux-Trembles.These buildings meet the the AccèsLogis standards and occupy more than 102,635 square feet of the initially vacant plot.The A building, with a surface area of 18,417 suqare feet, will have 146 units of rental apartments on 7 floors and a parking lot. The B building, with a surface area of 12,368 square feet, will have 59 units on 5 floors and a parking lot. Both of them will have a a concrete structure.The C1 and C2 buildings, with a surface area respectively of 26,243 and 25,855 square feet, will have 21 units each on 4 floors with a wood structure.The professionals who work on these projects are Atelier Chaloub + Beaulieu in architecture, N.C.K. in structure, Desjardins Expert Conseil in mechanical and electrical and Séguin-Lacasse in exterior landscaping.
