The project, scheduled for completion in September 2024, will be divided into two phases: the demolition of an existing church and the dismantling of the adjacent church hall. The second phase will involve the construction of 10 townhouses on Hingston, Notre-Dame-de-Grâce and Beaconsfield avenues in Montreal. New concrete foundations will be built for seven new townhouses, one single-family home and three pairs of semi-detached homes. Each of the seven new townhouses will have a basement level and two 900 m² above-ground levels. The parish hall will be renovated and converted into three townhouses with two upper levels of 1,700 m² each. All houses will be connected to an underground parking lot.
