6-storey concrete social building – 80 housing units with a basement, garage and commercial offices on the ground floor. This is a construction that provides all the services for two other phases of future condos that will be built behind the building including Hydro-Québec’s electrical annex chamber, the complete drainage service and the water inlets. Accessibility for future phases will be through the building’s garage door. The challenges of the project were to build while preserving access to the bike path on the property in addition to the City’s work blocking St-Patrick Street. We also had to build the two-part structure, following a delay by Hydro-Québec. The structure on the side was erected to 70% and the other 30% once the annex chamber was set.
