Located in Old Montreal at the corner of McGill College Avenue and Saint-Jacques Street is the renovation a former bank branch into a conference venue for the City of Montreal. The transformation of the old vault into a bathroom required drilling into concrete and steel nearly a metre thick. The project includes a reception area with ceilings over 20 feet high and the construction of a steel mezzanine to accommodate administrative offices.
